Electronic Security & Safety Systems require regular and correct maintenance to ensure safe, reliable performance. CUSTOM will be happy to tailor a preventative maintenance program to suit a particular site and its needs.

CUSTOM is an NSI Gold accredited company specialising in providing Security & Safety Solutions. 

This means that we are required to provide an emergency response all year round, day or night.
In addition to providing 24/7 telephone and technical support, our on-site response time should not exceed 4-hours for Security Systems and 8-hours on Fire.

Where possible, the site visit will result in rectification, not merely the investigation of a fault. Should a major item of equipment fail such as a control panel or video recorder we will try to arrange for a loan unit to be temporarily installed, allowing your business to quickly move forward. Additionally, an Engineer’s Report will be issued that will detail the fault, the action taken to resolve it and if any follow-up is required.
