Maintenance

Delivering excellence by ensuring that system problems are quickly resolved.

You can be confident in our leading team of technical and service engineers

24-hour Service & Support

Custom’s Service Engineers are always available to help. In the event of site attendance being required, an Engineer’s Report will be issued that will detail the fault, the action taken to resolve it and if any follow-up is required.

Should a major item of equipment fail such as a control panel or video recorder we will try to arrange for a loan unit to be temporarily installed, allowing your business to quickly move forward.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

PPM Visits are an essential part of System reliability as they help identify failing equipment and allows pre-emptive measures to be considered.

Additionally, a Report will be issued that details the performance of each system device and whether any remedial action may be required. We also consider the software versions installed and whether any manufacturer updates are recommended.

Third Party Systems

Custom also supports & maintains Security Systems that have been installed by others. To do so, we firstly carry out an in-depth survey to identify the type and age of equipment. We also meet with the System users to identify any shortfalls in performance and coverage. A Report is then provided to the customer and an appropriate way forward agreed.
