We are currently looking for an experienced and technically knowledgeable engineer to join our service department as a Technical Service Engineer.

Duties & Responsibilities;

• Requires extensive knowledge and familiarity of the commonly installed hardware and software used with Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV & Access Control systems.
• Given the practical on-site engineering nature of the role, our Engineers will be expected to attend site as required for Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Customer Support and training.
• Provide technical and sales support in client meetings and new system design. This will often include the integration of Security Systems with IT networks.
• Responsible for recommending to clients the appropriate improvements that they may wish to consider and then liaising with colleagues.

Further ongoing training will be provided but it is beneficial if you currently hold any of the following training: ECS Card, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos awareness or Tavcom training.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Installation Engineer who is competent across all three key areas of our business, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms.

Most of our work is London-based and will not include being on-call.

You will be working on commercial sites including projects on government buildings as well as works at high-end offices and buildings across London.

Responsibilities will include:

• Installation of a range of integrated systems involving CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
• Managing your own time and work to ensure deadlines are met
• Working to high standards of installation and workmanship
• Mentoring junior engineers

We are looking to recruit an Applications Engineer based at our London office. This role will involve working alongside the Commercial and Projects Teams.

You will ensure that the systems quoted for are technically correct and have been engineered efficiently using best-of-breed products.

• Providing technical support and input to the Commercial Team
• Providing commissioning support and training to end-users

• Designing systems from scratch, as well as upgrading existing systems
• Carrying out design reviews of new systems

Required skills:

• Experienced in technical support or applications engineering
• Electronic systems background is essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• High proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Strong work ethic and a flexible mindset
• High levels of attention to detail

Our work is London based, working with Government departments and High-End Corporate clients. All our work is commercial, and city based.

We are looking for the very best engineers that we can invest in and provide ongoing training and support. You will get to work on some amazing projects and sites across the city.
